OC Inlet produced a couple 24"s for me last year. Fish it early before boat traffic on an incoming. Last year I fished the end of incoming, slack and the the start of outgoing. Once the tide got rolling I was outta there. The current is too swift for a kayak. This is the method I use:

That worked for me at JBay this past weekend as well. Landed 7 with a couple swings and misses, too. 2 went 24". Good luck!

Cool video, thanks. I'll be happy if I catch just ONE!
Interesting quick, jerky jigging technique. Will try it out.

Alright, here's the plan. Gonna head to Chincoteague early Saturday morning. Pick up some live minnows along the way and check out the apparent launch here. If that's not a good launch, I should be able to find one on the north or western shore of Chinco island and pedal north to the channel/bridge in Queen Sound.
I'm gonna jig some chartreuse Gulp jerk shads on bucktails and soak some live minnows on a fishfinder rig along the channel edges and bridge pilings.
There may be some Specs around too, so I need to figure out how to target those and give it a shot.
If the Chinco bite sucks, I may head north to OC or higher up the coast.
I've no idea what to expect. Bracing for a skunk. Hoping for a new doormat.
