Any of the tribs to the potomac with dams to control flow will be your best bet.

I.E. Tidal Occuquan etc.

the water on the east side of the Bay Bridge was the cleanest i have ever seen on wednesday night. 5ft vis EASY. and yes there are some fish there. West side BB was Milk..

Occoquan sounds like a better idea then powells creek...Although hearing that the bay is that clear on the east side makes me want to change plans all togther
