Alright guys, who saw the Mermaid special on Animal Planet?
I thought the "aquatic ape" theory was a bit intriguing.
I wasn't sold on anything, but the idea that there may be such creatures out there does seem at least plausible. At any rate, it was a fun special to watch even if it did seem far fetched at times.

I was psyched to watch the Mermaids show on Animal Planet but was very disappointed and didn't even make it through to the second hour. I thought they could have done a lot more for a mock-umentary.

I saw the special also. It was interesting that such thing may or might have existed. I would have liked something more definite on their existence than the UFO theory style videos that was shown.
