I'm not gonna make this one. My sister goes in for brain, spine, and skull surgery on Friday so the 'rents are coming up and staying with me for two weeks starting tomorrow. Tight lines!

I plan on being there, probably early. Last few times I've driven past Grinder's they've been closed, might need a new lunch spot.

Looks like my brother will be coming along too, but we will be leaving around 10 or 11 to hit the bay bridge. So no lunch for us...

Got a hold of Grinder's... they'll be expecting 15-20 people around 2pm, although there is no problem if some of you prefer to go there earlier. They'll have a big table ready... just say you're with Maryland Kayak Fishing.

Two questions - One what license do you need for that area? its tidal right? so are we good with just the salt license?

Second - any place for live bait? Minnows specifically? maybe worms? plan on getting there around 6.

                        Yes, MD tidal license.

Many of the gas stations around there sell worms... not sure where to get minnow though.

I just did a search and it looks like Fred's over in Waldorf is the only one, but he doesn't open until 8, so maybe I will bring the cast net. Or just use the artificial i just bought!!!
