I was wondering if any body has fished nanjemoy creek befor? I was looking at it on google maps and looks like a nice new place to fish. But theres a lot of water and it all looks good. Im planning on heading down ther tomorrow 6/24 to fish for bass/sh if anybody wants to join me.

I have fished there several years ago. There is a winding tidal river to the right of the Friendship Landing ramp that gets narrower as you head upstream, and a wider area and Hilltop Fork to the left. The tidal river has bass, sunfish yellow perch, and crappies. Wind can be an issue in the wider areas. Lots of lay down trees and some docks to target.
Spinner baits, and rattletraps were effective lures.
