I love frog plastics. I use the Stanley Ribbits mostly. I use primarily 4/0 Zoom Horny Toad hooks. They have a keeper pin that helps in rigging the frog. You can also use an EWG hook for the standard size frogs. For the larger ones, you may need to step up to the 5/0 sizes.
I took some photos of a how-to tip awhile back on a way to keep your frog from being ripped off at the nose that may be of some use as well.

Very cool. I bought some of the hooks with the cork screw, so I was wondering what I was going to do with the EWG hooks I already had. That's an excellent idea.
