Great Falls Fish Ladder

did you know part of great falls on the potomac is a fish ladder? i had no idea! i'm pretty sure there is one at the little falls dam...

If you walk from lock 6 on the canal toward littlefalls pumping station there is a sign with a picture of the fishladder and some notes .A couple weeks ago gw parkway was closed from georgetown to anglers ( a triatholon) So I fished around anglers.I saw another fisherman there so i asked him if he had caught anything and he told me that he caught a couple of stripers.So that fishladder seems to be working.I caught nada, zilch and zero
