small waterproof duffel

i'm looking for a small waterproof duffel bag. similar to bass pro or cabelas boat bags, but better. any ideas? Northface, Patagonia etc?

I've used a Cabela's boat bag for years while working from small boats, and it worked well. It had a zipper, so it wasn't completely waterproof, but the storm flap kept out water really well.
