  • Is anyone going out this Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

Is anyone going out this Friday, Saturday or Sunday? My two regular fishing partners, BassMoore and DaddyG have made some very poor life choices and have decided to go to work. No need to tell you how disappointed I am at their inability to prioritize. I am in Pasadena, but will drive for fish.

I believe Surdog and I are thinking of continuing our exploration of the Queen Anne's County Public Landings and Ramps. Weather dependent, I think we are going to try Cabin Creek Landing. Just be aware that launching of trailered vessels are prohibited according to their website. This launch is open 24/7 which is nice.

Let me know if any of you guys are aiming for an early AM launch and I just may be game. Haven't been out in about a month and it's driving me insane ...

I think kayak on trailer is fine as long as you don't back it into the water, but I'm not the ones that decide, so better call and check. Should be some good structure up there and I'd say a strong topwater bite in the AM. Look for moving water and some shore structure or shallow reefs out there. I think there is also a strong chance the bird shows will continue. Just watch out for the boats, they don't get it.

I'm heading to Cape May for the Jamboree, anyone else?
        Used to fish more.

I have never been to the Cabin Creek Landing location, but on the Queen Anne's Public Ramp Website says no trailers. Have fun at the a Jamboree.

I'll probably be fishing somewhere on Saturday morning...not sure yet though. It won't be anywhere too far, as I have a funeral to attend at noon.

I am starting my quest for keeper striper on the yak...something I surprisingly haven't ever really focused much on doing.

LMK what your plans are. I have access to the navy yard at the mouth of the Severn or we could try the Bay Bridge if winds aren't too bad. I sent you a PM w/ my number.
