Let me second that motion- I am working the political campaign in New Hampshire for Labor and my family is not very happy with me being gone in this storm while they are dealing with everything- here in coastal NH, the winds are gradual increasing to peak at 70-75 mph this afternoon and evening- Boston and NYC have shutdown bridges and tunnels and the regional public transportation system is closing up at 2 pm this afternoon- this is a very large and dangerous hybrid storm- too late do do much of anything but hunker down and ride it out- good luck to all-

I saw video of the bay at Kent Island... huge waves... it looked like the ocean.

The NOAA Buoy at Point Lookout is showing average waves of 4 feet and maxing out at 9ft. Sounds like its really blowing out there, I wonder how bad it will get as the tide comes in or goes out.

Yes everyone stay safe, riding out the storm now listening to the wind blow, and the sump pump running every few minutes. They already closed my work for tomorrow

Since the wind is coming off the land, the water in my community is surprisingly "doable"...Ronault and I have fished in worse. Of course, very deceptive, just an odd wind break here

Yeah, you're right Kevin- we fished in some really windy conditions- calculated where we would be in somewhat sheltered waters, but you would not get me out in this- over a million without power and the eye has yet to come ashore in NJ-
