  • Anyone have an ACK coupon code they don't need?

I'm looking to buy a new seat and they're a little pricey so a coupon would be great if anyone has one. Every time I get one, I don't use it before it expires.

    Got one...thanks for nothing guys!
I just got the GTS Expedition Seat. Super pumped to not have back aches. I spend way too much time limping after a day on the water.

Let us know how you like the seat. And how well it fits the Hobie.

Will do. I'm also looking forward to the bungees in the back. I figure that I can put my camelbak bladder in there and feed the hose off the top. That way, I can carry a lot of water and get to it quickly without taking up room on the deck.

Nice. That gives me confidence. It's tough to pull the trigger without trying one first, but I had to make a change.

I just got the seat today and was able to adjust it to the right size rather quickly. For a Hobie, you'll need a rear set of "hooks" to secure the back straps unless you want to install the hobie pegs to your new seat. I already had steel rings mounted near the rear rod holders in the outback, using the same screw as the rubber covers....used for a rod leash. Because of that set up went quickly.

As soon as I sat in it I was wondering why I didn't do this before. I put the hobie seat back on for direct comparison and it was night and day. I could tell why my legs would fall asleep as a result of where the seat would push on my vertebrae.
Hopefully the new seat takes care of that problem. If nothing else, it's way more comfortable the way it's so plush and wraps around my back. I'm not sure when I can get it wet, hopefully next weekend.
