  • How about this weekend?

Is anyone going out Saturday or Sunday? The weather and wind predictions look great.

      Russ,

Where you thinking of fishing? Ever fish Weems creek? I have not, don't even know how to get there. Seems the pickerel are quite active. Just a thought. I can do Sunday.

I am not sure where I am going this weekend. Crabbing is out. So fishing it is. Maybe the Bay Bridge since it is I have not done it this year. I Would like to try the 301 bridge, but I wanted to keep the driving down this weekend.

Saturday Sunny, with a high near 51. Northeast wind 6 to 9 mph near the bridge.

Has there been any news from the Kent narrows area. I have only fished once and don't know if it is worth checking out this weekend.

I haven't heard much about Kent, Jim. In fact, haven't heard much about where the rocks are biting.

If you're going to the BB tomorrow, Moc, shoot me a PM.

Me too, I don't have any real time in at the BB so I would like to check it out some more.

I launched my center console this morning at Kent Narrows. As I motored south under the bridge, I did not see any fish on the screen. I made several drifts along the end of the concrete breakwater. Again, I saw no sonar marks and had no takers on my jigged BKD. I did not spend much time there so I can't give you a detailed report.

The water temperature was about 50 deg.
