Medicyaker wanted my to post this for him. He is going to fish the Bay Bridge on Saturday with 2 other yakers I believe. Due to car issues, I plan on staying close to home this weekend, so I will go ahead and join him. Hopefully, I can locate a keeper rockfish. I think an additional two other yakers may join us. Anyone is welcomed. Since low tide is at 6:11am, I would say that we would launch at 8:30 am and fish the incoming tide and maybe part of the outgoing.
We are going to launch from Sandy Point State Park from the boat ramps, not the beach if anyone is interested. The cost to enter the park is maybe $3, but I am not sure. I know at certain times of the year it is free. We will not know for sure until we get there. I plan on getting there are 8am.
Sunrise is at 7:12am, with Sunset at 4:43pm with a high temperature expected at or about 65 degrees.
The High tide is at 12:35pm, low tide is at 6:11am
The winds are expected to be 5 to 10 mph with waves of 1 foot.
