MD sportyfishing guide online

MD DNR just emailed this link to the 2013 book that used to be furnished with your license purchase. See page 6 for this year's changes, most notable the 36" minimum size for c&r citations for redfish. The most notable feature is all of the advertising, almost as bad as the old fishing in md magazine.
