Kayak Tackle Essentials

I know we've kinda done something like this before, but I'm looking for everyones updated opinions.

I am going to do some part time hours at All Tackle in Annapolis and one of my goals is a build a Kayak Tackle Section that will cover most everything you would need for a good day of fishing. The store already has the rods, reels and lures....so what else do you use on your daily trips.

What are the essentials for you on your yaks excluding the obvious (paddle, seat, pfd).

Some lip grippers, some kinda hook removal tool, measuring device...

Things we just about all have on any given day, but maybe not thought of as a must have.

Stringer, fish bag or cooler for keepers.

+1 on the measuring device (customized for kayaks ...high visibility, light, etc)

Paddle/rod leashes

VISICarbon Pro (other stuff that are mostly found online and local stores don't usually carry)

How about a small hardware rack with essentials for rigging ideas. Carabiners, bungees, eyelets, stainless steels, etc...
