Yep- I know how you feel- cabin fever is rampart- hopefully the snow won't drop the water temps so much as to cut off the bite- I'm thinking it should be Ok by Saturday-

I know what the problem was...you weren't using any dark colored lures that's what they're biting on I hear, the albinos would have just blended in.

Being serious I hope the water doesn't get to cloudy with the rain/snow.

I tied a cat toy on the ultra light and went "cat fishing" with the kittens.
          And stayed inside.
I just don't have a fishing "jones" that bad yet.

I not only wore the life vest but also leashed myself to the kayak.

Is that technique known as "drift fishing"?

I usually rely on buying lures I will never use. This could be a cheaper alternative, but I would do it in my back yard rather than the front!

The reason you did not catch any fish was due to a slack tide....

                          You are right.

After a short break, I went out fished a big drop-off (5'-100') during incoming tide. This time I brought some albinos. I caught frisky Speckled Sea Trout and some Cod.
