If you go to http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/ and search for the location you want, then click on PORTS, then on 3 Days WL/Met, you get a nice page with 3 days worth of water levels, Winds and water temp. Kind of a pain to get there but once you've found it, bookmark it and you're good to go. Like this: http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/por...%20Meteorology

But the best is actual observed temps- Saturday my chart plotter was reading 43.2 degrees in the morning, but by later in the day the readings were almost 47 degrees- the bright sun is warming up the water, especially in the shallows- I caught most of my fish in 8-9 feet of water in the morning, but later they had moved to 4-5 feet of water- we are getting rain this week which can drop water temps for a few days- weekend looks wet and nasty, too-

Nice, thanks! I found the one Tufnik suggested before posting. Really hoping the temps around Kipto and CBBT get up near 50 in 2 weeks...
