The Bay

Has anyone seen a movie call The Bay. I happened to come across it last night. It is about mutant sea lice eating people in a small Chesapeke town. It is a Blair Witch type of movie. Creepy. It is a Barry Levinson movie, so it is based on Maryland and Chesapeake type things.
