Trident Rudder issues

I'm having some issues with deploying my rudder on the trident. It was a little hard to lower when i first installed it but it is nearly impossible to do it now while seated in the boat. The last two trips i had to partially lower it before launching. It raises fine it just gets stuck when lowering it. I will try to take some pics of it later. Maybe i reversed something during the install.

Any one else have any issues with there trident rudders and if so what was your resolution?
