Hi guys,
You will have to pardon my ignorance, I'm a noob. Are you talking about "chicken tenders" like you buy at McDonalds? Or, is chicken tenders a inside term you use for some sort of special chicken based bait. If you are in fact talking about McDonalds chicken tenders - do you put the whole thing on the hook? If you get hungry do you eat your bait? - Just ask'in.

I have some chicken breast in the freezer, so I will bring some, but will also bring fish, and my secret bait because I have a lot to use up.

I just called them to see if they could accommodate me since I use a trailer for my kayak. That is no problem they say. They did say that the kayak launch was built incorrectly and that it is very high from the water and that I would likely have difficulty in retrieving the boat. They suggested Belle Haven Marina which is supposedly very close. Has anyone actually used other locations before? I am old and weak and have about the heaviest kayak in the fleet.

Do you know how I know your all Hobie owners?....because your using chicken breast for bait (the most expensive part of the chicken!) just kidding of course...has anyone tried chicken necks, livers? or clam snouts? just curious. My wife would shoot me if i started cutting up her chicken breasts for catfishing. Nice to hear they work though.Jackson - BIG TUNA
