Anchor Shuttle

Well I got the Shuttle system installed and once again called on surfdog for some advise. Is it ok to drill the guides bellow the water line and just seal it with some Goop or something??? I Don't think I like the way it turned out. So if you are available Surfdog, I'm off after 5:30 pm on Tuesday or all day Wed and Thur morning... HINT HINT HINT...
