Flats Saturday?

Looks like the Stripers are now slotted starting tomorrow in the Flats area. Am I reading that correctly? Being a newb, I assume they pull you around a bit when you are on a kayak. Correct?

I'm looking at Friday to try the Flats, 6:00am-7:00am @ Tydings. I haven't heard squat about striper action since the C&R season closed May 4... not even a peep. I'm trying to be optimistic but it's a struggle. This will be a crap-shoot. If the Flats bomb then there's always the upriver areas for wperch and what ever else might be biting up there.

Water temps have not risen all that much on the Flats since May 3, maybe a 5F-6F rise.
