Albright knot, where have you been all my life?

New favorite braid to floro leader knot. Strong, super thin and goes through micro guides with ease

I'm late to the game on this knot, but to those that haven't tried it yet with smaller or micro guides here ya go:

Yeah that's what I use for everything.. easy to tie!!

Mono to Mono I still prefer simple blood knot. Albright is the bomb though for braid to mono /flouro.

The albright is one of my favorite knots to use!

I usually use the modified albright (alberto's knot) for braid/mono connections.

It's a good knot for tying leaders before a trip or if I plan on using a long shock leader, but for tying on the water I prefer a 6 turn surgeon's knot. A little bulkier but I can tie it with my eyes closed and I always feel like I need a third hand for the Albright!
