Washington Channel Launch Spot?

Anyone know where's the closest access point to launch and fish here?

In the mid 90s, I once launched an 11' inflatable dinghy from the wall directly across from the Maine Ave seafood barges. I parked on the roadway then rolled the inflatable a short distance down to the railing. I forget if I lifted it over the railing or slid it under the railing. I attached the 8-hp motor and took two friends out sightseeing. That area is tidally influenced, so make sure there is enough water elevation to climb back out when you return.

There are ramps in the Anacostia, which is not far from the Wash Channel.
