Who has launched here? How is it to get to the water? Thinking about crabbing from there tomorrow

It's a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the launch but if you have a cart the path is paved (so it is a fairly easy roll). It is about 1/4 of a mile through the woods.

Is it paved all the way to the water? Are there any wild hills or anything?

Paved all the way except for the last 15-20 feet, no wild hills involved.

I can get my kayak on my cart so that the cart just about completely supports the weight of the kayak.

Good place to crab? We tried for Pickerel there during the winter (but got skunked).

I don't know, but may find out tomorrow and may bring some crankbaits to troll the channel if crabbing is slow...
