I bought the Native Watercraft Manta 11 and made my first venture on the water yesterday evening.
Put in a Mariner point in Joppatown, thiinking it would be nice a quiet water, which it was.
I've never been on one before....so, I negoited getting on and paddled around. A little uneasy at first but was getting the hang of it quickly.
Got off, and let the wife paddle around for a bit. (She was very good at going backwards, for some reason).
Then I got back one. It was amazing how much more comfortable I was in just that short time.
Anyway, paddled around, made some cast, just to get the feeling for that and called it a night.
Next time it goes in, it be all about fishing. Probably go do something friday.
