Pa. stickers (need some help)

I sold one of my yaks to a friend that lives in Pa. had he thinks he needs some kind of sticker.

Mike he'll be fine as long as there isn't a motor on it, but he will need a permit for State commishened lakes and parks:

If he is planning to launch from PA DCNR ramps or boat launch he will need to get the stickers. They can be purchased on line and they are $10.00 per year or you can buy two years for $18.00, but if you buy on line they charge a $2.00 service charge
