Mattawoman Friday Afternoon

I decided to take the good advice given here and go to Mattawoman for my first trip. I've got some frogs, rattle traps, worms and some other lures. Hoping for a good dose of beginners luck but if you see a blue Pamlico 160 paddled by a guy that looks like he doesn't know what he's doing that'd be me. Gonna try to get there in the early afternoon, put in at Slavin's, make a left and fish till dark. Hope to see a friendly face and will gladly accept any advice.

I may be going to Mattawoman early tomorrow morning. Anyone else going? Where is the bridge that some have talked about? I tried finding it on Google maps, but didn't see it.
