    Sat morning's lookin great lil or no wind- should be glass
    . launch time: when I get there
    Float plan: paddle from the hospital launch to the fort take a look see at the channel edges and drag a lure or2 around by the line tie
    yellow 12 Eagle talon SOT
    flourescent T under the life jacket and floppy hat= see me? wave/ stop and yak/trade secrets
    hope to see ya out and have something to write about when I get home

          How are the water pollution levels there? Didn't they recently have a sewage spill?

            I fished around that area yesterday. Fished that plant behind the key bridge

            Russ DaddyG and I all went out. Caught about 125+ white perch in a few hours.. they were crushing anything you would put down there and jigged up

            I did real well on a small silver cicada jib, and a silver kastmaster. Daddy G was using an ICE jig ang getting em and Russ was using a shad dart with fish bites and getting em.

            I think biggest was like 11 3/4 but kept about 10 or so over 10 inches.

            It was real nice night out. Water around Ft armistead was DIRTY.

            the water on the other side of the bridge behind the plant was very clear surprisingly.

              water temps - mid 70's
              air 60's to start climbed to low 80's by 2
              water clarity- visibility of 2-3 '
              water quality- lots of floating wood and trash
              traffic on the water- lot's of crabbers (talked to one commercial crabber- of the 4 bushels he has 1bushel of #1's

              oh yeah the fishing!?
              found a school of smal lstripers right in front of the fort that kept me occupied or about 1!/2 hours- 50 yards away the white perch took over
              no great size to any of them but lots of pullage
              gulp sardines were workin fine the kastmaster caught a few
              and then there was the sleigh ride- yeah I got towed
              a cow nosed ray tried to make like a clydesdale and pulled me around for a few minutes till I attempted to horse him in my direction and snapped the line

              a fun day
