Keel protector for the bow... not very pretty.. sort of a test...

Got a gouge on the bow that I didn't like... I see some products I may go to
    eventually.. Keeleazy and Pereguard P3...

But I put this on to see if it has any durability...

It's not very pretty and it's really just sort of a test.. I didn't really
think it would "stick" but for now it seems well attached.

A piece of garden hose and silicone sealant. It's a temporary hack...
well see how it stays on. I didn't have any marine goop... so I used
    the sealant.

Oh.. and what looks like led lights bling for the scupper holes is just a flash effect

Has anybody just tried putting on a layer or two of Goop? I got to do something soon, I'm pretty rough on the boat.

Here's a good video using a polyethylene welding gun... notice this particular
gun the tip with the hole to feed rods of polyethylene. But he also uses scraps
of poly on one of the fishing rod holders to fill in and smooth out an area.

            See my post at http://www.snaggedline.com/showthrea...ight=keel+goop

I sold that kayak last summer so I cannot comment on how well the repair held up.
