Going to watch the weather but looks good so far. Anyway making early plans for Mattawoman on Monday
August 5. Will launch around 7 am at Mattingly ave. who's up for it?

Hey Strummerfan and nitefly I would be up to go Sunday if y'all want to go, I have never fished down there and am wanting to catch some snakeheads. I am still pretty new to kayak fishing and it would be great to go with some other people, let me know if y'all want to get together and go this sunday

I'll be hitting the water around 6 - Weekdays are definitely less crowded. I'll be in a tan Native Ultimate with a bassyak trolling motor. See you out there.

What's the best route to take from the Severna Park/Pasadena area? THe mileage is about the same going 695 or 301.

From my house in Annapolis, it is definitely faster taking Rt 50 to the Beltway, then south to Rt 210 - Indian Head Hwy. Of course if you hit rush hour traffic on the Beltway, that can ruin any advantage.
