Magothy Fishing

HI y'all,

I have been on vacation in GA for 2 weeks and I'm coming home sunday.

Has anyone been fishing in the magothy at all? I have the urge to fish and i need some reports.

If anyone has been, whats biting and on what? I appreciate everyones help.

I went out the other day in my creek behind dobbins island. Greys creek. i caught about 100 WP and about 3 keeper rock.. threw them all back.. got majority of the white perch on a spinner bait that i make.

i got all the bigger fish including the rockfish jigging a cicada spoon outside the mouth of the channel leaving my creak on the 11 ft edges.

Damn! There was no rock in when i left. Greys creek has the marina in it right? And also, you say you make these lures?

They are all around, just have to find them. I know where they sit, ive been fishing the mag for 20 years. I live on greys creek. Well my parents do I just moved out

But yes with the marina.

I guess you can call make, i put them together from seperate pieces. but This catches ALOT of different types of fish and its fairly cheap.

My neighbor owns that marina. I will launch from there one day and go out! Where fid you buy that cicada spoon?

I got em at bass pro, they are pricey like 4 bucks a piece. and 1/8th

I usually wait till my gf is working and i have a night off from baseball and i ride down to pick up my yak.. I can shoot you a PM next time I go out.
