How long do they stay in the Bay waters? Seems like they started to appear in early August. Is this normal? How long do they hang around?

I checked several years back in my fishing logs and I caught blues in ok numbers in the mid-Bay as late as mid-October. A lot depends on water temps. The cooler the late summer/early fall the sooner they exit the Bay.Howard

I don't fish the Bay much during the summer months... too hot for me. If I had to guess I think blues start showing up in July.Howard
