  • Looking for a fishing partner on my center console - Wed Sept 18

As much as I enjoy kayak fishing, I like the extra mobility provided by a power boat. For longer trips or to visit more spots in the same trip, I have a 16' Scout center console. It is an excellent light tackle fishing platform for 1 or 2 anglers -- but any more than that and it is too crowded.

I am looking for someone interested in fishing with me on Wed morning. If the wind forecast proves accurate (Ha ha!) it should be calm that day, and I would plan to launch from Shipping Creek ramp on Kent Island and fish Eastern Bay and Poplar Island. The first person who replies gets the spot for Wed. My initial plan is to leave Annapolis about 7:00 am and fish until about 1:00 -2:00 pm.

If you are unable to go this Wed but would like to be considered for other weekday trips later in the fall, please reply and indicate your interest and availability. I will try to fish from the Scout once per week through mid November if I am in town and the wind allows.

Wow I'd love the opportunity to join your fabulous invitation in the future...

But I only catch small fish.

        Thanks anyway.

You are the most gracious host on the Chesapeake.
