      Kinda pathetic when you think about it. This guys way of showing off is to hack a site that gets less than 1k hits a day and does it by googling for an already located weakness. Not all that impressive really.

        its becoming annoying more than anything.....anyways, im taking the site down tonight to install the new version of vbulletin.

          if you can get some hits or who an what is hacking, send me IP address or web page name, I can run some scripts at work and find their location and send it to the FBI

            Have you looked at the code they are dropping in to make sure there is nothing malicious that you need to warn forum members about?

              ^ yes. all they did was delete the code in the php files and put their stupid logo up. Ive already replaced the files they touched. Either way, im installing vbulletin 5 tonight which should clear out any potential malware they might of left behind.

                  I think part of the exploit was they promoted themselves as Admins which means they have access to user data?

                      Do we need to change our passwords?

                      I would and if you use the same logon and password for other sites change it there as well.
