Spot / Live Lining time frame?

Anyone know how long the juvenile spot hang around shallow water in the bay/tributaries? I've read in a few places that they migrate to deeper water when the water temp gets below 70 degrees... still trying for one live lining trip this year

im guessing we will have a few more weeks of livelining. as soon as the water temps decline, they'll start to move out to coastal waters. i remember this time last year, they already had moved out.

Time to catch a bunch and keep them in an aquarium for the winter.

The spot will be moving out soon. The ones I've been catching are starting to turn yellow and that's a sign that they are getting ready to head out.

Let's say...that by the time one gets to the BB, the spot are gone. What would be the next approach?? Bucktails, eels, swimming plastics??
