  • My TV Show project

A few of you know that I've been working on a tv show project. The premise of the show is a multi-faceted concept that involves me flying to different locations, fishing in said locations, then pairing up with a local chef to learn new recipes to prepare my catch. My friend is a producer in LA...we've known each other since high school. On a road trip from LA to vegas, we hammered out the details and ran from there. We hired an emmy-winning cinematographer to shoot for us over the span of a couple of days. We had a professional editor (friend of the producer) provide editing, gratis. We've been working on this for a while, and we still have a ways to go....

    but for now...

Nicely done Langston. Good luck in taking the concept to a TV show.

Thanks for the kind words guys. It's pretty amazing/crazy when I think about how much time/hours were put into this just to make a 5 minute clip. We have to get it down to around 2:30, which is what "the industry" normally accepts for a pitch. So we will go through another round of edits to condense the action. In the mean time, we've been making our list of production companies that work with similar types of shows/concepts.

                              Thanks again for watching.
