Speckled Trout Two Ways

Check out two recipes that I used for some of the speckled trout that I caught a few weeks ago. Most of the fish went back to be caught another day including this biggun at 26.5", but a few came home to have dinner.

Those fish tacos look tasty. I'm going to have to give that recipe a shot. With fresh fish I usually just keep it simple and broil it up topped with butter, white wine, onions and salt and pepper.
