Kayak launch at ft Smallwood pk permitted?

Hi guys just wondering if it's permitted to launch out of ft Smallwood park? What is best way to fish for stripers this time of year there? Trolling hards , jigging softs , live lining spot, using live eels? Thanks to any1 who responds

I have not fished the area recently so I do not know what is working there if anything.

It's big water with little shelter.

I would suggest you try the bridge at Bush River using rattle traps ......... It's usually calm and has Stripers
