I have been using Malone SeaWings for several years and they work great for transporting my kayaks with the hull down. I recently noticed that one set of wings had some rubber strips that were beginning to come off slightly from the carriers. I contacted Malone using their website and they said they could help. They asked for some photos of the damage and a week later a brand new replacement set of wings was waiting for me at my door step. Great lifetime warranty. Great product. Great customer service.
