Great Striper ........ Are the girls in now ........ Most reports said the were still a little north ......... Is that Walleye Pete's boat

Oh ........ And definitely welcome back
Bought to PA12 from Dennis at BYB. It was their 2013 demo. I still have the revolution for open water heavy current and moderate to high wind. PA is my flats hunting yak lol.

For striper we used 1-1.5 oz lead with 5-10" plastic. The bulk of the cows are still a bit to the north. Yes that is walleye Pete's boat I am on in the last pic.

We use 5" plastics for specks And for tog 1oz lead tipped with green crab.

Camera is the Olympus tough TG2

JohnE we launched on the north side of the bridge and found fish tight to the bottom in 35-40 flow.

Man, that Olympus camera is pretty expensive. Out of my price range, but inspired me to get a new camera today anyway--Coolpix aw110 at Costco for $200 with an sd card and case included. Photo quality and lens not quite as good, but I can use my smartphone in a waterproof case/bag as a remote on this one.

ive been kicking the tires back and forth on the olympus and the panasonic tough cameras..

i really want one for under water shots on vacation plus going out on the yak and getting good shots without having to worry about anything

I would definitely go with the olympus if you are deciding between the tg2 and the DMC-TS5. The olympus is the highest rated of all the tough cameras, but no wifi. The coolpix aw110 that I just bought is actually rated higher than the panasonic, plus the panasonic is about $100 more. http://snapsort.com/compare/Nikon-Co...onic-Lumix-TS5

The tg2, dmc-ts5, and the aw110 are all rated higher than the h3 black.

Good to know. I was high on panasonic bc I get 40% off thro my work. Haha onlyn15% off olympus

But those r great pictures... I do have zero interest in a go pro.

40% off is pretty awesome, but if it is from msrp...the aw110 is probably still a better deal if you belong to costco. 15% off the olympus might be pretty good...can't seem to find it for less than $329 anywhere, which seems a little overpriced considering it has no wifi, although pic quality looks amazing.

-Just downloaded the app for the aw110 and the stupid thing will only shoot photos remotely, no video. This is ridiculous...might return it. The panasonic will do both video and photos remotely. Trying to see if I can find a deal on the Panasonic now.
