Fellas,
Not sure if you guys noticed it yet, but pulled this from another site, J-Bay registration is open.
Haven't done this, but interested. Has anyone done it? I have passed by it many a time on my way to M and it looks promising. Sounds like a blast but I don't know if is the typical NYer hype.
My concern, is that is long way for us to travel for one day, where do you stay? Leaving a kayak on the roof, while you sleep in a hotel in that part of LI ain't happening. Camping is an idea, but if it like many NY parks, it will cost more for an out-of-stater than a hotel.
Any body thinking of going or have gone?
