I've been going to this flea market for years. Decent medium-sized flea market. Mostly freshwater oriented but they do have some saltwater stuff. Its also very much local guys who are trying to get rid of excess stuff they no longer use... so deals are to be found. This snow is going to be an issue though, a lot of the parking is in a snowy grassy field. But heck, I have an AWD car so I'm still going.

whenican - Being that you live in Carroll County, you might know when the Gamber flea market is scheduled? It used to be held at the Sykesville Fire Hall until it burned down 4-5 years ago. Organizers then moved this event to the Gamber Fire Hall on Rt32 just a short distance west of Gamber (Rt32 X Rt91). That's always been a good flea market.

I will be manning the Central PA HOW Chapter table for a few hours on Saturday so make sure to stop and say hi. Their chapter got off the ground last year and the gentlemen in charge are motivated individuals with a lot of time on the water. The President is on the Pro Staff for Shanks Mare Outfitters and has a lot of time on the Susquehanna and Juniata rivers. They are coming down for the Jamboree for the first time this year.
