Second Weekend at Basspro March 8th & 9th for Snaggedline and HOW. Md.

On the Fly has arranged for Snaggedline and HOW Md to have us continue our public education demo at BPS on March 8 & 9. I will have my yak there andam asking for help from anyone that wants to come to BPS on either day and talk to the public about our sport of Kayak Fishing. Md Heroes on the Water will also be there the same weekend. So, if you want to come spend a few hours at BPS talking about kayak Fishing with a bunch of folks please contact me via a pm here or a reply. Kieth the new HOW coordinator will be on hand to tell you about his plans for outings this year. I hope many of the guys and gals here from MKF and Snaggedline will be able to support him just as I still will be doing

We are still in need of volunteers for the second weekend at BassPro. We will be doing the same on the 8th & 9th as the 1st and 2nd with the exception of the presentation that J. A. Veil will be doing on the previous weekend. We will be joining and supporting the Md. Heroes on the Water Chapter. This is a joint Public Ed event and need all the help and support as before. I will have a Kayak as well as some type of digital presentation supplied by HOW in front on the Kayak display. J. Veil, I have you and the guys from HOW so far... Any takers??? I realize this is the same weekend as the M&G but I had to take what was given too me... It was NOT my decision or choice for this weekend... Please come and support your Wounded Warriors as well as talk to folks about sport we all love. We gained a lot of new.
members the first year that I started this event several years ago. So, if you were one of those poeple who joined us on this forum after meeting ius at BassPro two or three years ago, Please come and help us on the 8th and 9th of March.

Thanks for volunteering to come out.

I wanted to post that myself (yakersaltlife), Wayne (wfauby), Langston (MetroMan) as well as a couple others will be there from HOW Maryland Chapter. Of course, we will also be promoting Snaggedline.com as well, so don't think it is only for HOW. We would love to meet anyone who wants to come out and be a guide or volunteer with us during events, so if you cant come for the day, stop by and introduce yourself! Hope to see a bunch of faces there.
