  • Shimano Teramar

I have a teramar that I realized has a missing guide insert. These rods carry a over the counter warranty. Do you know of any stores that participate other than bass pro? Also, how important is it to have the receipt? Haven't looked to see if I saved it? Would be nice if one of the Shimano dealers in Annapolis participate.

Contact Shimano via their website. They are very good about fixing rods. I sent back a Cumara that broke at the tip and a Travella S that had some of those rings come off and they replaced them both with new rods each time. You can use a credit card statement. Verify it by sending them an email and state your issue.

The shipping was about $15 for each via USPS.
