Am I current on kayak regulations?

Ok guys just need a quick check. I use a 12 foot perception pescador using a paddle.
I carry a whistle
Flashlight
Orange distress flag
PFD
Cell phone
VHF radio
Is there anything that I do not have aboard that is required by law? Any optional suggestions are appreciated as well

Maryland only requires a pfd and whistle. Add a light for after dark. If your pfd is an inflatable it only counts if you're wearing it.

Matt, I have started carrying a small but extremely effective (loud) air horn, this to get the attention of an asleep boat operator who might be bearing down on me!
Head lamp is also a good one for dusk?
And how bout a paddle float to facilitate re-entry to your boat?
