you can pick them up at basspro. get the hogy tubes, they are pre bent so you dont have to mess with them. i picked up a couple 19inch tubes last week.

No, braid is fine as you can always just let out more line. If the current is really ripping you can throw an egg sinker on or use one of the weighted keels. Usually you can get by with just letting more line out.
