  • Fishing the Northeast on Saturday, maybe, I hope...

Even though I am still pretty much blind in my left eye I am going to take to the roads and get my sorry, cabin fevered ass in my kayak!!!! Hope to be launching around 10:30 or before at the kayak ramp in Northeast Park. Hope to see you there, literally...

If you are not satisfied with the color or texture of your custom made Doc Irv baits just let me know and I will redo it at no cost to you to your satisfaction, because I am not happy unless you are happy.*
*But if you are one of those people who is never satisfied then I retain the right to be unhappy.

If you are coming in from route 95, get off at the Northeast exit onto 272 and follow the signs for Northeast. In about a mile you will come to route 40. Go straight across 40 and through the town of Northeast to Walnut St and make a right. In about 1/4 mile you will be in the park.

Donnie - docirv's directions are spot on. I might add that the Rt272 exit off of I-95 is exit #100.

Also, the following MD-DNR web-site shows all the launch spots in Maryland by county, to include the North East Community Park. You'll find this web-site very handy.

Ahhhh I get it now. I had thought Northeast is just "north east" of Baltimore area. Didn't realize Northeast is North East, MD. That's quite a drive from where I live. Sorry for my confusion. Wish you guys tight lines.

Donsail - Ooops, I posted that link incorrectly. The below web address will take you to the first page of the boat launch directory.
