Welcome. It looks like you are all set up to do some serious fishing. You are rigged up fairly well as far as I can see. Just remember to remain safe and always wear your PFD regardless of water depth. Have fun.

Looks pretty set to me. If you plan on anchoring then an anchor trolley would be helpful (unless its installed on the right side, can't see it in the pics).
