Has anyone been out around Chesapeake beach md lately??

Generally I head out of either Fishing creek ($5 hand-launch) or Rose Haven Park (free, only 4 places to park)

No joy out of Fishing Creek so far. Only have tried trolling for striper.

Later in the year, when the perch/spot show up, the drill is to stop at the oyster bar (rose haven) or under the bridge (Fishing creek) to catch a couple spot on a bottom rig, and then run out to the dropoff to live line them. Works OK till the blues show up. Then you throw spoons at the blues.
